Every package, from Essential to Elite, comes with unlimited guests, a fully custom invite, map and location info, and background music. Guests open the invitation from a link, so it works in WhatsApp, SMS, email or anywhere else you can paste a link.
What changes between packages is how much help you get managing replies: Signature adds RSVP tracking, and Elite also generates a unique link for each invitee. You can read more on the RSVP and guest links page.

Our team will design and build your invitation according to your chosen style, wedding details, and selected package. Depending on your package, you can enjoy interactive features such as location maps, background music, online RSVP, guest management, and more.
Review, Approve, and Share
We will share your invitation with you for review and make any agreed-upon adjustments. Once you approve the final version, you will receive your personalized invitation link, ready to share with your guests through WhatsApp or any messaging platform.
What to Prepare Before We Begin
To help us create your digital wedding invitation, please prepare the following details and materials. You do not need to have everything ready before contacting us. Some details are optional and can be included according to your preferences and selected package.
Wedding Details
- Full Names of the Bride and Groom: Written exactly as you would like them to appear on the invitation.
- Parents’ Names: If you wish to include them.
- Wedding Date: Including the day, month, and year.
- Preferred Language(s): We create invitations in any language. Simply let us know your preferred language or languages and provide any specific wording you would like us to include.
Event Schedule and Locations
Please provide the relevant details for each event you would like featured in your invitation:
- Bride’s and Groom’s Homes: Locations and times, if you wish to include them.
- Church Ceremony: Church name, location, and ceremony time, if applicable.
- Dinner or Reception: Venue name, location, and event time.
- Additional Events: Any other locations, activities, or schedule details you would like to include.
Whenever possible, please share a Google Maps link or the exact venue address to help us display the locations accurately.
Personalization and Additional Features
- Gift Information: Details for any preferred gift arrangements, such as OMT, Whish, or bank transfer, if you wish to include them.
- RSVP Deadline: The date by which guests should confirm their attendance.
- Music Selection: A YouTube link to your preferred song, if music is included in your selected package.
- Photos: Any photographs you would like us to incorporate into the design, if applicable.
- Additional Requests: Special wording, design preferences, family traditions, or any other personal touches you would like us to consider.

What is a digital wedding invitation?
A digital wedding invitation is a custom-designed, interactive online invitation sent to guests as a link instead of a printed card, carrying your event details and design in a shareable web page.
How much does a digital wedding invitation cost?
Our packages start at $70 (Essential), with Signature at $100 and Elite at $120. An animated theme adds $20 to any package, and optional extras such as translation to Arabic or any language ($20) are priced separately. See the pricing page for the full breakdown.
Which languages can my invitation be in?
Any language you need. The standard design is in English, and translation to Arabic or any other language, such as French, is available as an extra ($20). Tell us which language or languages you want.
Can guests RSVP online?
Yes. Online RSVP tracking is included in the Signature and Elite packages. It is not part of Essential.
Can I personalize the design?
Every package includes a fully custom invite. If you want something beyond that, a customized design is available as an extra from $40. Tell us what you have in mind and we will confirm what is possible.
How long does it take to create an invitation?
Timelines depend on your package and how quickly your event details and content are ready. Contact us with your wedding date and we will confirm a timeline for your project.
